In 2014, The Margulies Team of Raleigh, North Carolina, hit the Triangle area real estate market together! Our local Raleigh real estate team is composed of five experienced Brokers/Realtors from diverse backgrounds, various ages, and each with their own interests and sphere of influence in the real estate market. Our real estate agents are highly qualified and have been working in the Triangle, Raleigh area real estate market for a combined 80 years. We also have one non-licensed assistant who serves the needs of our team as a group and as individuals within our group to assist us in managing our many transactions, marketing materials, and more. Not only do we promise to work with you one-on-one to meet your needs and expectations, but you will also receive the backing and expertise of an entire Raleigh real estate team. We enjoy assisting first time buyers, move-up buyers, relocating buyers and sellers, mature sellers that need to down size or go to assisted living facilities, as well as renters that plan to become future buyers.
