Danielle provides essential administrative and operational support to the Margulies Team at Allen Tate Realtors, ensuring the agents can focus on their core responsibilities. Originally from a suburb of Detroit, Michigan, she earned her BA in Retail Fashion Management from Columbia College Chicago. During this time, she discovered her passion for working with people in various capacities.

After getting married and raising a family in the Northshore suburbs of Chicago, Danielle, her husband, and their two children relocated to Raleigh in 2014. With her expertise in running small businesses, strong organizational skills, and natural ability to connect with others, she knew she could be a valuable asset to a team in need of her unique talents.

That’s when she found the Margulies Team at Allen Tate Realtors—a perfect fit for her skills and passion. In her role, Danielle manages operations, allowing the agents to focus on serving clients while she ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. She is dedicated to supporting her team and the wonderful clients they work with, bringing her signature organization, time management, and love of communication to every aspect of the business.
