JUDI MARGULIES

REALTOR®, Broker, ABR, GRI, SFR, SRES

Originally from Atlanta, GA, I’ve proudly called Raleigh home since 1959, and I consider myself a true “Raleighite” and Tar Heel at heart. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in French Education, I was initially frustrated by the lack of teaching positions in Wake County Public Schools. Following the birth of my two sons, I found fulfillment volunteering with various organizations in the Jewish community.

In the mid 1980s, as President of Beth Meyer Synagogue Sisterhood, I had the pleasure of welcoming newcomers to the area and introducing them to my beloved hometown. During this time, I also began noticing the many new home communities springing up in the area, which sparked my curiosity and interest.

It was this combination of welcoming newcomers and exploring Raleigh’s evolving neighborhoods that led me to become a Residential Real Estate Specialist in 1987. I was able to combine my love for teaching, my passion for Raleigh, and my deep knowledge of the Triangle region into a career that allows me to guide others in making one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

The business acumen, team spirit, and dedication to customer service I learned from watching my father-in-law and husband run United Restaurant Equipment Company (founded in 1952) helped shape my own approach to real estate. In 2014, I created THE MARGULIES TEAM at ALLEN TATE, with a focus on personalized, client-centered service.

I truly believe there is no better place to live, work, play, and raise a family than the Triangle area. I’m committed to building lasting relationships with my clients by offering unparalleled service, professionalism, and, most importantly, RESULTS.
